Domestic Shipping Policy

All The Gear is working to be sure to serve all of our customers and fellow motorcycle outdoor and adventure enthusiasts as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, and that includes being sure to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Shipping Processing Time

We understand that you are excited and that once you have placed your order, you would like your gear delivered to you as speedily as possible. We will do our best to make this happen. We work closely with our vendors/suppliers in order to have your products shipped to you in the fastest way possible.

Most products that are marked as “Available” ships within 48-72 Hours. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship the same day or the following day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Periods when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and will be processed within 3-5 working days, this will be communicated to you. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates Policy

Our shipping rates are R99.00. All orders R2500.00 and over qualify for our free shipping offer. Please select the free shipping option at checkout if the value of your order exceeds R2500.00.

Shipping Methods Explained

We make use of several door-to-door courier services within the Republic of South Africa. We ship from our distribution centre in Johannesburg. Typically, your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours from processing the order. All shipping and transportation times are estimates and are subject to change.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

There may be instances, where it becomes impossible to ship door-to-door, and All The Gear reserves the right to make use of alternative shipping methods in order to get your order to you as fast as possible. This will be communicated to you prior to your order being processed.

Shipment to P.O Boxes/Lockers

All The Gear normally ship door-to-door throughout the Republic of South Africa. We understand due to circumstances you might not be available to receive your parcel at your chosen physical address. Please feel free to contact us in order to arrange an alternative receiving method to the door-to-door delivery. We will arrange a collection point, in order for you to collect your parcel at a chosen location that fits within your schedule.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

All The Gear is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide them with your order and tracking number. In the event of a product being damaged during shipping, it is important that you do not tear or damage the outer packaging further. Please keep all packaging. If possible, take a few of photos of the damaged product. This will provide our customer service team a better understanding of where things might have gone wrong. This will allow us to assess and advise you on how to move forward. We will do our best to facilitate the claims process via the courier service used.
